You can manually select your Browser and OS combination to get instructions for clearing the cache:

Firefox on Macintosh

  1. Cmd + Shift + Backspace
  2. Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked.
  3. Then click ‘Clear Now’

Firefox on Linux

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Delete and
  2. Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked.
  3. Then click ‘Clear Now’

Firefox on Windows

  1. Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  2. Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked
  3. Then click ‘Clear Now’

Safari on Macintosh

  1. Alt + Cmd, E
  2. Then click ‘Clear’

Safari on Windows

  1. Ctrl + Alt + E
  2. Click ‘Empty’

Chrome on Macintosh

Chrome on Linux

  2. Make sure ‘Temporary Internet files’ is checked
  3. Click ‘Delete’

Opera on Macintosh

  1. Cmd + ,
  2. Click ‘Advanced’
  3. Click on -History- on the left hand menu
  4. Then click ‘Empty Now’ next to the ‘Disk Cache’ section
  5. Then click ‘OK’ to close the Preferences dialog box.

Opera on Linux

  1. Click ‘Preferences’ from the ‘Tools’ menu
  2. Click ‘Advanced’
  3. Click on -History- on the left hand menu
  4. Then click ‘Empty Now’ next to the ‘Disk Cache’ section
