You can manually select your Browser and OS combination to get instructions for clearing the cache:
Firefox on Macintosh
- Cmd + Shift + Backspace
- Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked.
- Then click ‘Clear Now’
Firefox on Linux
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete and
- Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked.
- Then click ‘Clear Now’
Firefox on Windows
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked
- Then click ‘Clear Now’
Safari on Macintosh
- Alt + Cmd, E
- Then click ‘Clear’
Safari on Windows
- Ctrl + Alt + E
- Click ‘Empty’
Chrome on Macintosh
- Cmd + Shift + Backspace
- Then click ‘Clear Browsing Data’
Chrome on Linux
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete and
- Select ‘Everything’ from the dropdown box and make sure the ‘Cache’ checkbox is ticked.
- Then click ‘Clear Now’

- Ctrl + Shift + Del
- Click ‘Clear browsing data’
Ie on Windows
- Ctrl + Shift + Delete
- Make sure ‘Temporary Internet files’ is checked
- Click ‘Delete’
Opera on Macintosh
- Cmd + ,
- Click ‘Advanced’
- Click on -History- on the left hand menu
- Then click ‘Empty Now’ next to the ‘Disk Cache’ section
- Then click ‘OK’ to close the Preferences dialog box.
Opera on Linux
- Click ‘Preferences’ from the ‘Tools’ menu
- Click ‘Advanced’
- Click on -History- on the left hand menu
- Then click ‘Empty Now’ next to the ‘Disk Cache’ section
- Then click ‘OK’ to close the Preferences dialog box.

- Ctrl + F12
- Click ‘Advanced’
